1. Mango Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed black tea cooled
  • 1/4 cup mango puree
  • 1 –2 teaspoons sugar or honey
  • 1/4 cup diced fresh mango
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Brew the black tea and let it cool completely.
  • Add mango puree and sugar to the tea. Stir well.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Add diced mango pieces.
  • Pour the mango tea over the ice.
  • Stir gently and serve cold.

Notes

Why It’s Good:
Mango provides vitamin C and antioxidants that support skin and immune health. Black tea contains polyphenols that may support heart health and energy.
