1. Mango Iced Tea
Ingredients
1
cup
brewed black tea
cooled
1/4
cup
mango puree
1
–2 teaspoons sugar or honey
1/4
cup
diced fresh mango
Ice cubes
Instructions
Brew the black tea and let it cool completely.
Add mango puree and sugar to the tea. Stir well.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Add diced mango pieces.
Pour the mango tea over the ice.
Stir gently and serve cold.
Notes
Why It’s Good:
Mango provides vitamin C and antioxidants that support skin and immune health. Black tea contains polyphenols that may support heart health and energy.
