3. Berry Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed black tea cooled
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 –2 teaspoons sugar or honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Lightly mash the berries to release juice.
  • Add berries, lemon juice, and sugar into a glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Pour cooled black tea over the berries.
  • Stir well before drinking.
