7. Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed green tea
  • 8 –10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 –2 teaspoons sugar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Brew green tea and let it cool.
  • Lightly crush mint leaves to release flavor.
  • Add mint leaves and sugar to a glass.
  • Fill with ice cubes.
  • Pour green tea over the top and stir.

Notes

Why It’s Good:
Green tea contains catechins, while mint may help support digestion and create a cooling effect in hot weather.
