7. Mint Iced Tea
Ingredients

cup
brewed green tea
8
–10 fresh mint leaves
1
–2 teaspoons sugar
Ice cubes
Instructions
Brew green tea and let it cool.
Lightly crush mint leaves to release flavor.
Add mint leaves and sugar to a glass.
Fill with ice cubes.
Pour green tea over the top and stir.
Notes
Why It’s Good:
Green tea contains catechins, while mint may help support digestion and create a cooling effect in hot weather.
