Apple Cinnamon Chia Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water or unsweetened almond milk for a creamier version
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add liquid to a jar and whisk in cinnamon (it clumps if you don’t mix well).
  • Add chia seeds and stir 20–30 seconds.
  • Wait 5 minutes, stir again.
  • Chill 30 minutes.
