Apple Cinnamon Chia Drink
Ingredients
2
cups
cold water
or unsweetened almond milk for a creamier version
2
tbsp
chia seeds
½
tsp
cinnamon
Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
Add liquid to a jar and whisk in cinnamon (it clumps if you don’t mix well).
Add chia seeds and stir 20–30 seconds.
Wait 5 minutes, stir again.
Chill 30 minutes.
