Avocado Egg Toast

Creamy avocado, egg protein, and whole grain bread make this one of the most reliable filling breakfast toasts.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain toast
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 boiled or poached egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt pinch
  • black pepper
  • chili flakes
  • microgreens if desired

Instructions

  • Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread it over hot toast.
  • Slice the egg and place it on top.
  • Finish with chili flakes and microgreens.
