Avocado Egg Toast
Creamy avocado, egg protein, and whole grain bread make this one of the most reliable filling breakfast toasts.
- 1 slice whole grain toast
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 boiled or poached egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt pinch
- black pepper
- chili flakes
- microgreens if desired
Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread it over hot toast.
Slice the egg and place it on top.
Finish with chili flakes and microgreens.
