Banana Almond Butter Toast

Banana gives quick energy, while almond butter and chia seeds help make it more satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain toast
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • cinnamon
  • salt tiny pinch

Instructions

  • Spread almond butter over warm toast.
  • Add banana slices.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds, cinnamon, and a small pinch of salt.
