Banana Almond Butter Toast
Banana gives quick energy, while almond butter and chia seeds help make it more satisfying.

- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- cinnamon
- salt tiny pinch
Spread almond butter over warm toast.
