Banana Cinnamon Skyr Chia Pudding

Banana sweetens the pudding naturally, while skyr makes it thick and protein-rich.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain skyr
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla

Instructions

  • Whisk milk, skyr, mashed banana, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Chill and top with walnuts.

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
