Berry Greek Yogurt Toast

It tastes like a breakfast pastry but uses yogurt, fruit, and nuts for a more balanced bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain toast
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  • Spread Greek yogurt over cooled toast.
  • Top with berries and almonds.
  • Drizzle lightly with honey and add cinnamon.
