Blueberry Chia Water (Lightly Infused)
Ingredients

cups
cold water
2
tbsp
chia seeds
¼
–½ cup blueberries
fresh or thawed frozen
Optional: lemon slice
Instructions
Make chia water with the two-stir method.
Lightly mash a few blueberries in the jar after the second stir (optional).
Chill 30 minutes.
