Blueberry Chia Water (Lightly Infused)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ –½ cup blueberries fresh or thawed frozen
  • Optional: lemon slice

Instructions

  • Make chia water with the two-stir method.
  • Lightly mash a few blueberries in the jar after the second stir (optional).
  • Chill 30 minutes.
