Chia Seed Pudding With Berries (Make-Ahead Breakfast)
Why it works: high fiber, portion-friendly, and easy to prep for multiple days.
Ingredients
2
tbsp
chia seeds
½
cup
unsweetened milk of choice
½
tsp
vanilla
Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
½
cup
berries for topping
Instructions
Mix chia, milk, vanilla (and sweetener if using).
Stir well for 20–30 seconds, wait 5 minutes, stir again (prevents clumps).
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Top with berries before eating.

Flexible swaps
• Add protein: mix in ¼ cup Greek yogurt after it sets
• Plant-based: use soy milk or pea-protein milk
