Chocolate Peanut Protein Chia Pudding

It tastes dessert-like but uses protein powder and peanut butter for a more filling jar.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Whisk milk, protein powder, cocoa, and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Chill and top with chopped peanuts.

Notes

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
