Coconut Mango Greek Yogurt Chia Pudding

Mango and coconut make it taste tropical, while Greek yogurt keeps it more balanced.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk or regular milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup diced mango
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut
  • lime zest

Instructions

  • Whisk milk, Greek yogurt, and lime zest.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Chill and top with mango and coconut.

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
