Cucumber Mint Chia Water

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 –8 cucumber slices
  • 4 –6 mint leaves
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Make chia water using the two-stir method.
  • Add cucumber and mint after the second stir.
  • Chill 30–60 minutes for a stronger infusion.
