Ginger Lemon Chia Water

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Juice of ½–1 lemon
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger or ¼ tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Mix lemon juice + water + chia seeds using the two-stir method.
  • Stir in ginger after the second stir.
  • Chill 30 minutes.
