Ginger Lemon Chia Water
Ingredients
2
cups
cold water
2
tbsp
chia seeds
Juice of ½–1 lemon
½
tsp
freshly grated ginger
or ¼ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
Mix lemon juice + water + chia seeds using the two-stir method.
Stir in ginger after the second stir.
Chill 30 minutes.
