Green Tea Chia Drink
Ingredients
2
cups
brewed green tea
chilled
2
tbsp
chia seeds
Ice
optional
Optional: squeeze of lemon
Instructions
Brew green tea, cool, then chill.
Add chia seeds and stir 20–30 seconds.
Wait 5 minutes, stir again.
Chill 15–30 minutes. Serve over ice.
Notes
Use decaf green tea if you’re sensitive to caffeine.
