Green Tea Chia Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed green tea chilled
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice optional
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  • Brew green tea, cool, then chill.
  • Add chia seeds and stir 20–30 seconds.
  • Wait 5 minutes, stir again.
  • Chill 15–30 minutes. Serve over ice.

Notes

Use decaf green tea if you’re sensitive to caffeine.
