Iced Matcha Chia Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ –1 tsp matcha powder
  • Optional: a few drops of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Dissolve matcha in a small splash of liquid first to prevent lumps.
  • Add the rest of the liquid and chia seeds; stir 20–30 seconds.
  • Wait 5 minutes, stir again.
  • Chill 30 minutes and serve cold.
