Iced Matcha Chia Drink
Ingredients
2
cups
cold water or unsweetened almond milk
2
tbsp
chia seeds
½
–1 tsp matcha powder
Optional: a few drops of vanilla extract
Instructions
Dissolve matcha in a small splash of liquid first to prevent lumps.
Add the rest of the liquid and chia seeds; stir 20–30 seconds.
Wait 5 minutes, stir again.
Chill 30 minutes and serve cold.
