Lemon Chia Water (Lemonade Style)
Ingredients
Juice of 1 small lemon
plus slices if you want
2
cups
cold water
2
tbsp
chia seeds
Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Add lemon juice and water to a jar.
Stir in chia seeds for 20–30 seconds.
Wait 5 minutes, stir again, then add ice and lemon slices.
Drink now or chill 30 minutes for better texture.
Notes
For a true chia lemonade recipe, add a small amount of sweetener and a tiny pinch of salt.
