Lemon Chia Water (Lemonade Style)

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 small lemon plus slices if you want
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add lemon juice and water to a jar.
  • Stir in chia seeds for 20–30 seconds.
  • Wait 5 minutes, stir again, then add ice and lemon slices.
  • Drink now or chill 30 minutes for better texture.

Notes

For a true chia lemonade recipe, add a small amount of sweetener and a tiny pinch of salt.
