Matcha Almond Chia Pudding
Matcha gives a bright flavor, and soy milk can add more protein than many other plant milks.
Ingredients

chia seeds
1/2
cup
unsweetened soy milk
1/3
cup
Greek yogurt or soy yogurt
1
teaspoon
matcha
1/2
teaspoon
maple syrup
1
tablespoon
sliced almonds
Instructions
Whisk soy milk, yogurt, matcha, and maple syrup until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds.
Chill and top with sliced almonds.
Notes
Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
