Mocha Date Protein Chia Pudding

Coffee and cocoa give it a mocha flavor, while the date adds natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup kefir
  • 1/4 cup coffee cooled
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 date chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  • Whisk kefir, coffee, protein powder, and cinnamon.
  • Stir in chia seeds and chopped date.
  • Chill and top with cacao nibs.

Notes

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
