Mocha Date Protein Chia Pudding
Coffee and cocoa give it a mocha flavor, while the date adds natural sweetness.
Ingredients

chia seeds
1/3
cup
kefir
1/4
cup
coffee
cooled
1/2
scoop
vanilla or chocolate protein powder
1
date
chopped
1
teaspoon
cacao nibs
cinnamon
Instructions
Whisk kefir, coffee, protein powder, and cinnamon.
Stir in chia seeds and chopped date.
Chill and top with cacao nibs.
Notes
Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
