Pomegranate Chia Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice unsweetened if possible
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  • Pour pomegranate juice into a mason jar.
  • Add chia seeds and stir or shake for 20–30 seconds.
  • Wait 5 minutes, then stir or shake again.
  • Chill 15–30 minutes (or overnight). Serve over ice.

Notes

If it’s too tart, add a splash of cold water or sparkling water.
