Pomegranate Chia Drink
Ingredients
2
cups
pomegranate juice
unsweetened if possible
2
tbsp
chia seeds
Ice
optional
Instructions
Pour pomegranate juice into a mason jar.
Add chia seeds and stir or shake for 20–30 seconds.
Wait 5 minutes, then stir or shake again.
Chill 15–30 minutes (or overnight). Serve over ice.
Notes
If it’s too tart, add a splash of cold water or sparkling water.
