Pumpkin Spice Protein Chia Pudding
It tastes like fall meal prep and uses pumpkin for extra body and flavor.
Ingredients

chia seeds
1/2
cup
milk
1/3
cup
Greek yogurt
2
tablespoons
pumpkin puree
1/2
scoop
vanilla protein powder
pumpkin pie spice
1
teaspoon
chopped pecans
Instructions
Whisk milk, Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, protein powder, and spice.
Stir in chia seeds.
Chill and top with pecans.

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
