Pumpkin Spice Protein Chia Pudding

It tastes like fall meal prep and uses pumpkin for extra body and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Whisk milk, Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, protein powder, and spice.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Chill and top with pecans.

Notes

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
