Raspberry Cacao Cottage Cheese Chia Pudding

Raspberry and cacao give a chocolate-fruit flavor while cottage cheese helps increase the protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Blend milk, cottage cheese, cocoa, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Chill and top with raspberries and cacao nibs.

Notes

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
