Raspberry Cacao Cottage Cheese Chia Pudding
Raspberry and cacao give a chocolate-fruit flavor while cottage cheese helps increase the protein.
Ingredients

milk

cup
blended cottage cheese

teaspoon
cocoa powder

cup
raspberries
1/2
teaspoon
maple syrup
cacao nibs
Instructions
Blend milk, cottage cheese, cocoa, and maple syrup until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds.
Chill and top with raspberries and cacao nibs.
Notes
Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
