Salmon Avocado Toast
Salmon adds protein and omega-3 fats, while avocado makes the toast feel rich and balanced.
- 1 slice sourdough or seeded toast
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- 2 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- lemon slice
- dill
- black pepper
Spread Greek yogurt or cream cheese thinly over toast.
Add salmon and avocado slices.
Finish with lemon juice, dill, and pepper.
