Salmon Avocado Toast

Salmon adds protein and omega-3 fats, while avocado makes the toast feel rich and balanced.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice sourdough or seeded toast
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • lemon slice
  • dill
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Spread Greek yogurt or cream cheese thinly over toast.
  • Add salmon and avocado slices.
  • Finish with lemon juice, dill, and pepper.
