Strawberry Cheesecake Chia Pudding
Blended cottage cheese gives a cheesecake-style texture without making the jar too heavy.
Ingredients

chia seeds
1/2
cup
milk
1/4
cup
cottage cheese
2
tablespoons
Greek yogurt
1/3
cup
chopped strawberries
vanilla
1
teaspoon
crushed graham cracker crumbs
if desired
Instructions
Blend milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds.
Chill, then top with strawberries and a small sprinkle of crumbs.
Notes
Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
