Strawberry Cheesecake Chia Pudding

Blended cottage cheese gives a cheesecake-style texture without making the jar too heavy.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped strawberries
  • vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon crushed graham cracker crumbs if desired

Instructions

  • Blend milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Chill, then top with strawberries and a small sprinkle of crumbs.

Notes

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
