Tuna Cucumber Greek Yogurt Toast
Greek yogurt keeps it creamy while adding extra protein without relying on mayonnaise.
- 1 slice rye toast
- 1/3 cup canned tuna drained
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon diced celery
- cucumber slices
- pepper
Mix tuna, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, celery, and pepper.
Spoon onto toast.
Top with cucumber slices.
