Vanilla Almond Protein Chia Pudding

It is simple, creamy, and easy to pair with berries, banana, or apple.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Whisk milk, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and almond butter.
  • Stir in chia seeds.
  • Chill and top with sliced almonds.

Notes

Chill time: 2 hours or overnight.
