Ingredients

  • 300 –400 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 –2 teaspoons vanilla extract or honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add frozen berries and bananas first.
  • Add almonds.
  • Spoon in the Greek yogurt and chia seeds.
  • Add the almond milk to the blender first.
  • Add vanilla extract or honey.
  • Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Check consistency. Add a small splash of almond milk if needed.
  • Pour and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Tip:
If your blender is not very strong, blend the almonds first with the milk, then add the remaining ingredients.
