The first two examples give us the pattern:

J + Pan = Japan 🇯🇵

The letter J combined with a pan gives us Japan.

Bell + Gym = Belgium 🇧🇪

Say “Bell” and “Gym” together quickly, and it sounds like Belgium.

Now for the final puzzle:

I + Runner = ?

The picture represents a person who is running, or a runner. Combine the sound of I with run:

I + Run = Iran 🇮🇷
